IT IS NOW CLAIMED THAT THE DEBT FOR EVERY MAN,WOMAN & CHILD IS NOW OVER £26,000
Just a few months ago, when the last 'In Touch' leaflets for the East wards of Park, Molyneux and Sudell were printed, local residents were dismayed to read that they owed £17,000 each -all because of Labour's irresponsible economic policies.
Unfortunately these figures are now even worse. It is claimed that the debt owed by each man, woman and child in Sefton is now over £26,000 -and rising!
Prospective Conservative MP for Sefton Central, Cllr Debi Jones, was dismayed by this appalling figure, saying: "It's a disgrace that a family of four now owes over £100,000 because of Labour's economic incompetence. What we need is a general election, now, to give people the chance to get rid of this awful government."
She added: "It's clear that Labour is unwilling and unable to make the difficult decisions necessary and both the Prime Minister and the Chancellor are burying their heads in the sand. As usual, it now looks like it will be left to the Conservatives to clean up the economic mess left by Labour."
